The apartment building on Topolka Street is a luxurious villa that embodies uncompromising excellence. The interiors are modern and unique, creating a distinctive atmosphere accentuated by imaginative lighting. The products used include Habito® H high-strength plasterboard, Blue Acoustic board, Rigidur, Glasroc F Riflex, and Glasroc H. A defining design feature is the contrast between the raw surface of concrete and the smooth surface of plasterboard structures, all expertly executed by the plasterboard craftsmanship.
