Project description

This intercommunal project combines three buildings into one, with spaces separated by different wall and floor colors. It includes a preschool with 4 classrooms, an elementary school with 7 classrooms, an after-school care service, and 3 common rooms. The project is perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature and meets the requirements of an E+C- (Energy and Carbon) certification, focusing on energy performance, air quality, acoustic comfort, and luminosity. A wide range of Placo® solutions was selected and implemented to meet the specific needs of the project. The company carried out a detailed interpretation of the plans to ensure compliance with the building’s complex shapes.
