"The Great Charles," headquarters of Soprema
Project description
The new Soprema Group headquarters is a benchmark in sustainable construction. The 6000 m² main building, across six levels, includes an 800 m² corporate restaurant and a 500 m² gym. The project involved 3500 m² of partitions, 4000 m² of counter-partitions, 1600 m² of curved walls, 1000 m² of perforated ceilings, and 300 linear meters of light coves. Key features include Rigitone® acoustic ceilings, Molda® STAFF+ cladding for the staircase, and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each space. The project demonstrates technical expertise, constant innovation, and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
