LakeSide is a modern office complex located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The complex consists of two interconnected buildings, offering a total of 22,700 square meters of office space. Each floor provides approximately 4,000 square meters of flexible, high-standard office areas designed to meet contemporary business needs.
The buildings feature significant glazing and rhythmic divisions on the façades, giving them a light and modern appearance. The complex includes amenities such as terraces, underground parking, and a green recreational area with a pond. The buildings are designed to meet high environmental standards, holding BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold certifications.
