Project description
This modern residential building located on the island of Gran Canaria required solutions that improve the acoustic comfort and the reverberation of the different spaces. The execution of the hallway ceilings has been carried out with Rigitone®. As a continuous system, 4PRO® solutions have been installed and 4PRO® PPM, plasterboards that offer a Q4 quality finish thanks to its 4 tuned edges. On the walkways between buildings, Glasroc® X was installed for ceilings, providing high resistance to humidity to all those areas exposed to the elements. Thanks to the Activ’Air® technology that integrates the Rigitone®, indoor air quality has been improved, transforming rooms in healthier spaces.

Building with Placo® and Weber solutions
• This residential flats includes weber solutions in its façade. These Weber rendering solutions have given the façade a durable finish and a long-lasting colour to ensure an aesthetically pleasing design.
