  • Supply chain disruptions, worker availability limitations, and other COVID-19 impacts faced by our industry.
  • Work schedule dictated the exterior manlift be removed prior to construction being finished. Level 24 and above had to be stocked prior to its removal and any additional board stocked had to be 8’ to fit in the interior elevators.

  • WPI excelled within the demanding finish expectations of the Project Design Team, delivering the highest quality finishes possible for the drywall, plaster and various specialty ceiling assemblies on display throughout the amenity spaces, guest rooms, and condos.
  • Peaking at over 180 WPI workers onsite during construction, WPI’s onsite leadership team seamlessly delivered materials, managed access equipment, and the tools necessary to deliver the job per the project schedule while maintaining worker safety and the highest levels of workmanship.
  • WPI supported the LEED Gold certified construction by supplying and installing spray applied fireproofing, light gauge framing, insulation, drywall, drywall finishes, plaster assemblies, acoustical ceiling assemblies, and wood ceilings. WPI excelled within the demanding finish expectations of the Project Design Team, delivering the highest quality finishes possible for the drywall, plaster and various specialty ceiling assemblies on display throughout the amenity spaces, guest rooms, and condos
    75% of waste generated during Block 216’s construction was recycled to avoid landfills. Low-emitting materials including paint, insulation, and composite wood and flooring were prioritized throughout the hotel
