This project in Somerville, MA, is a Life Sciences Development featuring office and lab space. TJM built the core and shell of the building, as well as the amenities areas on the first floor, including the gym, locker rooms, offices, conferences rooms, corridors, shafts, etc., using a wide rage of Saint-Gobain products.
