Key Achievements

  • This project was a success due to the open communication between the Owner, General Contractor, Sub Contractor, Distributor and Manufacturer.
  • CertainTeed was able to provide a variety of products and solutions due to our strong relationship with Bell Supply who happen to be our premier IPG distribution partner in the Philadelphia market.
  • Bell Supply has developed strong relationships with both WS Cumby and Klover Inc having worked on multiple high-profile projects over the years. Saint Charles Seminary Student Life Center is their latest successful endeavor.
  • After 153 years at its Wynnewood location and visitations by two sitting popes, Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary welcomed 140 seminarians at the newly constructed and more sustainable campus in Lower Gwynedd for the seminary’s 193rd academic year.
  • The new campus features three new chapels, a library, two residence halls for college and theology seminarians along with priest faculty. It also boasts a new student life center, which includes a dining hall, classrooms, library, and administrative offices. A fitness center is located in the college dormitory. This new state of the art facility is more environmentally friendly than the old campus and will surely run more efficiently.
