Project description
Rising 36 stories in the air, 100 Above the Park is one of the tallest residential buildings overlooking the historic Forest Park and compliments the downtown St. Louis skyline. At 518,000 square feet, it features 316 living spaces in addition to amenities such as a pool deck, fitness center, common areas, retail space, and six floors of parking. The tower features a very unique scalloped façade in a series of four floor tiers and leaf-shaped floor plates which caused the contractor to be innovative throughout the entire building process. 100 Above the Park is Green Globe certified and has also been nominated as a finalist in the International High-Rise Awards.
