SIX Student Residence is a luxury complex in UNIC campus at Nicosia. The complex consists of six, twelve story towers with 307 student residences. The key location of the project, in a beautiful area, only two minutes away from the central UNIC campus and the innovative architectural design have created a new landmark for Cyprus. The views from SIX towards the city and the surrounding area are breathtaking, especially from the exclusive UNIC Clubhouse. The UNIC Clubhouse is a brand new restaurant and lounge bar allocated on the 12th floor of SIX. The glass facades bring the distant views closer and connect visually the complex with its surroundings.

Key Challenges
Provide a versatile Design. There were various Room types with distinctive lay-outs.
Ensure both fire and acoustic protection and adequate durability for all partition elements.
Create spaces for intense and frequent use for the students.
Strict deadlines for material installation, in a less than two months period.
