This innovative project comprises of the total renovation of 4 houses dating from 1946. Ultimate goal was high quality renovation with a substantial quality improvement, combined with an extremely low energy consumption and a low TCO. Some of the key words characterizing the challenges of this project: innovative, challenging, partnership, prestigious and lean. Working with new technologies and dealing with short deadlines, still achieving the targets. Perfect cooperation, flexibility and understanding within the team resulted in comfortable, high-quality houses, futureproof with zero energy consumption. Achieving the energy transition to all-electric on the way! The starting point: a quality improvement for both residents and housing company. In addition to the energetic measures that are taken (such as floor, facade and roof insulation), the toilet, bathroom and kitchen have also been replaced.
