Project description
[24]7 is one of the world’s largest providers of chat agents across financial services, communications, retail, technology and travel verticals. [24]7, which delivers customer engagement software and services, came up with 45,000 square metres of office space that can accommodate 7000 people. Partition walls and false ceilings for the entire office space were executed with Gyproc plasterboard and metal systems. Fire safety, a parameter of utmost importance for the data centre, was achieved by using Gyproc Fireline plasterboard. Gyptone big board was also creatively used in a series of bands to facilitate speech clarity in the seminar hall. Curved ceiling and partition was an eye catcher providing both performance and aesthetics to the client work zone. [24]7 customer management was delighted to see the kind of finishing achieved with minute detailing within the 150 days project time frame.

Key Achievements
- [24]7 customer management was delighted to see the kind of finishing achieved with minute detailing within 150 days time. Aesthetics & on time completion backed by efficient and faster construction techniques is what makes this project stand out.
Key Challenges
The client and the architect were both very clear and descriptive as to how each work zone within the office should be designed & executed. This made it all the more challenging for the contractor to adhere to the requirements and not falter on any account. His expertise to execute and match to the exact detail is what has transformed this project into an award nomination. Curved ceilings and partitions were eye catchers, providing both performance and aesthetics to the client work zone. Completion within the 150 day time period was the mandate from the client, and this was another key challenge that was met.
