Project description
The Savada Complex is a modern residential/business complex, based in New Belgrade, near the shopping mall Delta City in Belgrade. The complex includes five buildings with plasterboard plating to meet all the requirements of the project (water-resistant, fire resistant and plain boards). The project was planned as a residential block and thus the standard dry lining systems were applied: wall cladding, walls, and ceilings. A combination of the tight time schedule and high quality performance requirements, as well as combining work with the work of other subcontractors at the same time was a key challenge in this project.
