Dachstein mountain station
Project description
The renovation of the Dachstein mountain station was carried out following the design guidelines of the “Energy Crystal,” with both interior and exterior renovations. The interior construction included 4,000 m² of ceiling and wall surfaces. During the renovation, fire protection measures and acoustic solutions were implemented, and over 300 threaded rods were installed to support the building services. Glasroc® X boards were used in the kitchen and the exterior areas. The construction logistics posed a major challenge, as materials had to be transported by cable car, and bad weather often hindered progress.
