Key Challenges
- Acoustic insulation
Due to the construction being located on a federal highway and its segment being directly related to freight and trucks, acoustics has always been a critical factor for this project. Since the entire administrative area is situated next to the truck yard, the goal was to minimize the perception of noise from the highway and external movements to ensure acoustic comfort for all employees.- For this, double-layer walls with glass wool and structured cladding with 48 profiles, glass wool, and Gyptone Big Quattro were used.
- Facade compatibility with glass windows
The team faced and overcame technical challenges such as harmonizing a striking facade, composed of Glasroc X panels in conjunction with large glass windows. Throughout the process, it was necessary to rethink construction details, such as the inclusion of perforated canopies and metal flashings, to ensure a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish.
