Project description

Commercial Property in Urban Alpine Region – Office and Hotel
The construction project involves a commercial property with office and hotel units spanning 18,400 m² of usable space. Key challenges included fire protection, sound insulation and statics just like expansion joints, raking light and the aesthetic design with oval shapes and seamless joints. The exterior ceiling (3,000 m²) was built using Rigips® Glasroc X for its excellent moisture resistance on a C3 substructure with a Nonius XL system (0,75 kN). Filling was completed to Level 3 with Vario Hydro, and painting was carried out using weberton variosil. Ri-Cycling concept was used for drywall waste.
