The original design (1970) by René Stapels and Pierre Dufau combined corten steel and glass in an eclectic architectural style. Once housing 1,000 AXA insurance staff, the building has now been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use space.
Modernization efforts addressed contemporary comfort standards while preserving its original character.
Gypsum was pivotal in achieving fireproofing & acoustic insulation. This seamless blend of historical design and modern innovation showcases the building’s renewed purpose and enduring legacy.
