Architects intend on tilted ceiling on various angle on level 5 have created a challenge for installer.
Installation challenge at Multi storey atrium design void edge cladding with Gyproc GypLock BaseLine 12.5mm with laminates
Scaffolding required to setup on escalators
Large ceiling space above with suspended system and addition weight to bend an oval shape ceiling design
Water leakage from the floor construction led to ceiling mold and collapse, but thanks to the use of Gyproc materials, the impact was minimized. Gyproc’s durability and moisture-resistant properties helped prevent further damage, ensuring the structure remained intact and safeguarded against potential issues.
The project required a high-performance semi-exposed wind load system due to wind loads detected at the exterior, achieving 1.0 kPa in wind tunnel tests. By using Glasroc H 12.5mm, we were able to effectively address and resolve the issue, ensuring both safety and structural integrity
The exterior gutter and roof sealant system must be meticulously sealed to ensure a flawless groove line, seamlessly aligning with the ceiling material for a smooth and polished finish.
A large fresh air plenum was created using Gyproc Glasroc H 12.5mm board, ensuring the system’s ability to withstand vibration and prevent air leakage into the basement car park, all while accommodating the high ceiling design.
